Terms of Use
These are the rules for using WaterModo. They cover what our service does, what it does not do, and what we each agree to. Please read them before you send a quote request.
Last updated: August 10, 20261. Agreeing to these terms
WaterModo is a free website for US offices and businesses. It helps you find and compare bottleless water cooler rental and service companies. When you visit the site, use a tool, or send a request, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
In these terms, "WaterModo," "we," "us," and "our" mean WaterModo. "You" means anyone who uses the site. "Supplier" means a water cooler rental or service company listed on the site or matched to a request.
2. What WaterModo does
We do three things:
- We list water cooler companies by city and show what we checked about each one.
- We publish free guides, calculators, and comparison tools.
- We take your quote request and pass it to companies that serve your area.
We are not a water cooler company. We do not sell, rent, install, repair, or service coolers. We do not set prices and we are not part of any contract you sign with a supplier. Any agreement, invoice, install date, warranty, or refund is strictly between you and that supplier.
3. Who can use the site
You must be at least 18 years old and able to sign a contract. If you use the site for a company, you promise you are allowed to act for it. These terms then apply to both you and that company. The site is built for users in the United States. If you use it from somewhere else, you must follow your own local laws.
4. Asking for quotes
Quote requests on WaterModo are free and carry no obligation. Here is what happens when you send one:
- We share your details with suppliers that cover your area. In some markets we also use a partner quote network.
- Those suppliers may contact you by phone, text, or email. That can happen even if your number is on a Do Not Call list, because you asked them to get in touch.
- You can tell any supplier to stop contacting you. They must stop.
- You never have to buy anything. Take any quote, all of them, or none.
We do not promise how many quotes you will get, how fast they arrive, or what they will cost. That depends on which suppliers cover your area and how busy they are. Every price comes from the supplier, not from us. It may change after a site visit.
5. Your promises to us
When you use WaterModo, you agree that you will:
- Give true, current, and complete details in any form you send.
- Use the site only for real business purposes.
- Not send spam, fake requests, or requests for someone who did not ask.
- Not scrape or copy our listings, ratings, or content with bots or scripts.
- Not try to break into, overload, or interfere with the site.
- Not post or send anything unlawful, hateful, false, or harmful.
- Not resell or republish our content or data without written permission.
If you break these rules, we may block your access without notice.
6. Listings, badges, and ratings
We review each company before it goes on the site. Our badges show what we confirmed. Badges are earned, not bought, and no company can pay for one. We publish the full criteria on our rating and badge page.
Even so, business details change, and public records are not always current. A badge, a star rating, or a coverage area is our best read at the time we checked. It is not a promise about the service you will get. It is not a tip to hire that company either. Do your own checks before you sign, such as licenses, insurance, and the rental terms.
If you are a supplier and something in your listing is wrong, tell us and we will fix or remove it. If you submit a listing, you promise the details are accurate and that you have the right to share any logo or photo you send us.
7. Our tools and guides
Our cost, sizing, and comparison tools give rough figures. They use typical market rates and the numbers you type in. They are for planning only. They are not quotes, offers, or expert advice. Your real cost depends on the model, the filtration, the service plan, and the supplier you pick.
8. Content and trademarks
The text, guides, tools, design, code, logos, and layout on WaterModo belong to us or to the people who licensed them to us. You may read them, print them, and share links to them for your own business use. Without our written permission, you may not copy, sell, or republish them. You also may not use them to train a model or build a rival directory.
Supplier names and logos belong to those companies. We use them to identify the business and that use does not mean they endorse us or that we endorse them.
9. Outside sites and partners
WaterModo links to supplier websites, review sites, and other outside pages. In some markets we also use partner quote networks, such as 360Connect, to route requests to suppliers. We do not control those sites or partners. We are not responsible for their content, their prices, their privacy practices, or how they treat you. Once you leave our site, or your request reaches a partner, their own terms and policies apply.
10. No warranty
WaterModo is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep the site correct and online. Even so, we do not promise that it will always work, that it will be free of errors, or that every listing, price range, or figure is right. To the fullest extent the law allows, we give no warranties of any kind. That includes any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a purpose, and non infringement.
11. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or knock on losses. That covers loss that comes from using the site or from any dealing with a supplier. It includes lost profits, lost business, lost data, downtime, and the cost of a replacement service.
If a court decides we are liable anyway, our total liability to you is capped at one hundred US dollars, since the service is free to you. Some states do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12. Covering our costs
You may break these terms, misuse the site, or break the law. If someone then brings a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our fair costs, including legal fees. We will tell you about the claim, and you may take part in the defense.
13. Ending your access
You can stop using WaterModo at any time. We can pause or end your access at any time, with or without notice. We would do that if we believe you broke these terms or put the site, our users, or our partners at risk. Some sections carry on after your access ends, such as content ownership, warranty, liability, and law.
14. Which law applies
The laws of the State of Delaware govern these terms. Conflict of law rules do not apply. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Delaware, and you agree those courts may hear it. You and WaterModo both agree to bring claims as an individual only, not as part of a class action.
If a court strikes out one part of these terms, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a rule right away, we can still enforce it later. These terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclosure make up the whole agreement between you and us about the site.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our service and the law change. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change is important, we will make it clear on the site. Using WaterModo after a change means you accept the new terms.
16. How to reach us
Questions about these terms, a listing correction, or a legal notice can be sent through our contact page. You may also want to read our Privacy Policy and our Disclosure.
